We are building connection across differences
Mir bauen Verbindung iwwer Differenzen
Nous créons des liens à travers les différences

One of the Ashburn Institute’s recent achievements is the major study “Intercultural Living‑Together: Analysis of Local Actors’ Perceptions in Luxembourg” carried out by Dr. Kseniya Rubicondo, the Director of the Institute, in collaboration with the Luxembourg Ministry of Family, Solidarity, Living‑Together and Reception (MFSVA). The study explores how local actors perceive the challenges, obstacles, strengths, and future opportunities linked to the implementation of the communal pact for intercultural living‑together across Luxembourg’s municipalities.
Key findings reveal significant governance and resource challenges, highlight the need for inclusive communication, civic participation, anti‑discrimination tools, and robust evaluation mechanisms. The analysis and provides clear, deeply reflective, and actionable recommendations for capacity‑building and advancing intercultural living together in Luxembourg. This work underscores the Ashburn Institute’s contribution to shaping Luxembourg’s intercultural policy landscape. You can find the full study in French on the MFSVA web: Intercultural Living‑Together: Analysis of Local Actors’ Perceptions in Luxembourg
